Delete your WrongWay account

Effective date: July 16, 2026

WrongWay lets you delete your account and associated personal data from within the mobile app. Use the steps below to request deletion.

How to delete your account

Open the WrongWay app on your device.
From the Lobby screen, open Settings.
Scroll to the Privacy section and tap Delete account.
Confirm when prompted. You will be signed out and returned to the Welcome screen.

Deletion is blocked if you have an active match in progress. Finish or forfeit the match first, then try again.

Data that is deleted

Display name and player profile
Authentication tokens and session data
Push notification registrations
Linked Firebase and cloud save data
In-app purchase entitlements stored on our servers

Data that may be retained

Anonymized match history (player names removed)
Limited server audit logs for fraud prevention

Offline play without an account

If you only used offline modes (Play vs Bot or Pass & Play) without signing in online, no personal account data was stored on our servers.
